I need help deciding the size I should order?

For any size related queries, please share the product that you’d like to order / or have ordered with your body measurements - Chest, Waist, Hips, and Length. We will be more than happy to help you select the correct size closest size of your shared measurements.

Please refrain from giving other brands' references as these brands also have different size charts for different styles.

When will you deliver my order?

We’ll ship your order within 4 to 7 days of receiving your order. However, in case you need it by a specific date, please add in the notes while placing your order. That will really help us plan our production and dispatch.

Please Note:
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Mail or Whatsapp.

What is your exchange policy?

You can exchange garments within 7 days of making the purchase. Please ensure that the garments are unused, are in the original packaging and have all the original tags. Once we receive the package, we will review and process the exchange.

EXCHANGE IS AVAILABLE FOR EVERY PRODUCT YOU BUY.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns unless the products reach you with defects. In that case, we will offer a full refund for the purchase.

Returned items must be returned in original packaging and must have no visible signs of wear or use.

How long does it take to receive your refund or store credit?

We would request you to wait until we receive the product back to our warehouse, where we will do a second quality check, post which your refund should be initiated within 48 hours.

Usually it takes 7 to 10 days to receive the product back based on your location. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your chosen payment method on our Refund and Exchange Page.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I change my address after placing the order?

Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. Once the order leaves the warehouse, we are unable to modify the address.

If you'd like to change the address to an international location, please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. However, if you have selected international shipping and would like to change the delivery address to India, the shipping fees will be refunded as Store Credit.

Where can I check my order details?

To view your order details, simply log in to your account on our website at. Once logged in, navigate to the "My Orders" section to access all your past orders.

Alternatively, a confirmation of your order will be sent to both your registered WhatsApp number and email after placing the order.

Where are my tracking details?

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.
