Hi, I’m Jaya, founder of Zeva — and like many women across India, I have spent years navigating the daily struggle of finding clothes that could keep up with my life. As a working professional, I needed outfits that looked crisp and polished for the office yet felt comfortable enough to wear all day long.
But so often, the clothes that flattered my body and gave me confidence were stiff, restrictive, or just impractical for real life. And the clothes that felt soft and breathable rarely made me feel sharp, elegant, or ready to take on the day.
I knew I wasn’t alone. Women all around me — friends, colleagues, sisters, mothers — all shared the same frustration: *Why should we have to choose?*
So, in 2025, I started Zeva — not just as a clothing line, but as a promise to every Indian woman who wants to look effortlessly good, feel truly comfortable, and celebrate herself in her own skin.
